Trip Fantastic Vacations is a fully independent travel agency that works directly with top travel suppliers worldwide. We specialize in creating personalized, hassle-free vacations for our clients—no two trips are ever the same.

Our advisors plan a wide range of travel experiences, including:


  • Theme park vacations

  • Cruises

  • All-inclusive Caribbean & Mexican resorts

  • European travel

  • Domestic U.S. vacations

  • And more!

We are registered with major tour operators and cruise lines, including Disney, Universal, Sandals & Beaches, Southwest Vacations, United Vacations, American Airlines Vacations, Funjet, Apple Vacations, Vacation Express, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival, Princess, Holland America, Norwegian Cruise Line, and many more.

Important Note About This Opportunity

This is not an hourly or salaried employment position.
This is an independent contractor opportunity, and income is earned solely through commission on travel you book.

There is no recruiting, no downline, and no multi-level marketing involved.

What We Offer

As an Independent Travel Advisor with Trip Fantastic Vacations, you’ll enjoy:

  • Access to our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

  • Commission on your own personal travel booked through the agency

  • Ongoing support from an established, locally owned travel agency

Advisor Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget

  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel options

  • Design, book, and manage complete travel itineraries

  • Stay current on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry regulations

  • Handle bookings, payments, and documentation accurately

  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings

  • Develop and maintain a professional business social media presence

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine love of travel and enthusiasm for helping others explore the world

  • Personal and/or professional travel experience

  • Previous experience as a Travel Advisor is preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Solid computer skills and comfort with online systems

  • Reliable access to a computer/laptop and internet

  • Willingness to build and maintain a business-focused social media presence

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
